The firm M/s M.B. YARAGA & CO. is a proprietary concern where I, Mallikarjuna B Yaraga proprietor.

I am a Chartered accountant qualified in 2016. I started my career assosiated with Umapathi Desai and Co Chartered Accountants. where I worked in various departments starting from Internal Audit, Budgeting, Costing and accounts.

Having gained experience in working in a Manufacturing organization for three years manufacturing unit to set up the entire accounting systems in the factory and co-ordinate with Sales Tax, Customs and Excise authorities and bankers in establishing and running the manufacturing unit.

After gaining experience in the service industry and manufacturing industries for about four years, the time was right to set up on my own and I started practice and established the firm M.B. YARAGA & CO in 2017 Aug.

Hence the firm M.B. YARAGA & CO brings with it an all-round experience in, manufacturing industry and service sector.

As a practicing chartered accountant, I have undertaken Direct & In-Direct Tax assessments besides having Internal Audit assignment in big companies and for all statutory requirements.

The firm M.B. YARAGA & CO undertakes turnkey projects of setting up all accounting systems , MIS systems in startup companies including preparing of project reports , getting various licenses and registration with all statutory authorities and ensuring all statutory formalities of starting a business enterprise are fulfilled besides advising on the various concessions and subsidies available for the enterprise under various acts.
